AN ACT PROVIDING STATE FUNDS FOR AN EXPANSION OF THE MARLBOROUGH FIRE STATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of five hundred fifty thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Safety, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for a grant to the Marlborough Fire Department for an expansion of the fire station to appropriately house equipment and train staff.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide state funds for the expansion of the Marlborough fire station.
