2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to limit the freedom of information exemption for Department of Children and Families records to personally identifying information and to provide that internal reviews, reports, assessments and other records relating to the department's handling of child protection matters and facility operations, including video, shall be deemed to be a public record subject only to the redaction of personally identifying information.
