2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require certain Department of Children and Families employees to undergo annual training regarding the acts or omissions that constitute educational neglect. Such training shall be provided by the Office of the Child Advocate and the Department of Education and shall include testimonials from aggrieved parents.
