AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT FOR NONALLIANCE DISTRICT TOWNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to exempt any town that has not been designated as an alliance district from the minimum budget requirement.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt towns that have not been designated as an alliance district from the minimum budget requirement.
