AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LONG ISLAND SOUND RESOURCE AND USE INVENTORY AND A LONG ISLAND SOUND BLUE PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Long Island Sound Resource and Use Inventory and Long Island Sound Blue Plan that will become part of the state's coastal management program.
Statement of Purpose:
To better inform decisions that affect Long Island Sound.
