AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE REGIONALIZATION OF DOG POUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22-331a of the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities, regardless of size, to regionalize dog pounds.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow more municipalities to regionalize dog pound facilities.
