AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON ABOVE-GROUND PIPELINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to study the effects of above-ground pipelines, including, but not limited to, property damage effects, environmental impacts and public safety issues.
Statement of Purpose:
To study above-ground pipelines.
