2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the earned income tax credit established in section 12-704e of the general statutes in order to use the funds saved to provide financial relief to employers assessed higher federal unemployment tax liability due to the 2014 benefit cost rate add-on.
