AN ACT ALLOWING PERSONS WHO ARE SIXTEEN AND SEVENTEEN YEARS OLD TO WORK ON LIQUOR PERMIT ESTABLISHMENT PREMISES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 30-90a of the general statutes be amended to allow persons who are sixteen and seventeen years of age to work in permitted establishments, provided such persons do not serve alcoholic liquor.

Statement of Purpose: 

To allow persons age sixteen and seventeen to work in alcoholic liquor permit establishments, provided such persons do not serve alcoholic liquor.
