AN ACT ABOLISHING THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the Board of Regents for Higher Education.
Statement of Purpose:
To abolish the Board of Regents for Higher Education.
