AN ACT ADOPTING THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS' OFF-LABEL DRUG USE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to adopt the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's Off-Label Drug Use Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's Off-Label Drug Use Act.
