2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 832 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, in a summary process action, the court may find a defendant in contempt if the defendant fails to abide by the terms of a court order for payments for use and occupancy of the leased premises.
