AN ACT CONCERNING WAGES AND PAYROLL CARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit employers from requiring that employees accept payroll cards in lieu of wages as a condition of employment.
Statement of Purpose:
