AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION CALCULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to utilize an individual's most recent annual salary when calculating unemployment benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To calculate unemployment compensation by referencing an individuals' most recent annual salary.
