AN ACT CONCERNING THE RETENTION OF PROMOTIONAL EXAM RESULTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to retain the promotional examination results for all current employees who have taken an announced promotional examination and received a passing score.
Statement of Purpose:
To lessen unnecessary expenditures by requiring the Commissioner of Administrative Services to retain promotional examination results.
