AN ACT CONCERNING FORECLOSURE OF TAX LIENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 205 of the general statutes be amended to establish a program to provide low-interest loans to disabled individuals to assist such individuals in avoiding municipal foreclosure of a tax lien.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist the disabled in avoiding municipal tax foreclosures.
