AN ACT CONCERNING TREATMENT FOR EPILEPSY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 420f of the general statutes be amended to allow the use of cannabis oil to treat epilepsy.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the use of cannabis oil to treat epilepsy where medically indicated by a licensed physician, as proposed by Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate.
