AN ACT CONCERNING A PHASE-OUT OF THE TAX ON THE NET PATIENT REVENUE OF HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263b of the general statutes be amended to phase out the hospitals tax over a five-year period, reducing it twenty per cent per year beginning July 1, 2015.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the hospitals tax.
