AN ACT CONCERNING A MASSACHUSETTS REPRESENTATIVE ON THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 15-120bb of the general statutes be amended to allow the Governor of the commonwealth of Massachusetts to appoint a representative of that state to the board of directors of the Connecticut Airport Authority.
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen efforts to promote the knowledge corridor and open possibilities for additional funding through federal grants and the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
