AN ACT CONCERNING A FINE FOR OBSCURING LICENSE PLATE INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a fine for any license plate cover or border frame which obscures the license plate's information.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure complete visibility of license plate information.
