AN ACT CONCERNING THE LANGUAGE OFFERINGS FOR THE MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S EXAMINATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to use census data on a regional basis to determine language offerings for the motor vehicle operator's examination.
Statement of Purpose:
To offer the driver's examination in Albanian for the residents of the greater Waterbury area.
