AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE RAIL CONTRACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to place for bid the contract to run the state rail lines.
Statement of Purpose:
To put the state rail contract out for bid.
