AN ACT CONCERNING A HORIZONTAL DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR PERSONS OVER TWENTY-ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to require the issuance of a horizontal license to drivers upon their twenty-first birthday.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent drivers from encountering issues with their licenses in other states.
