AN ACT CONCERNING A GUARDRAIL ON ROUTE 154 IN OLD SAYBROOK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation be required to erect a guardrail on Route 154 in Old Saybrook to prevent parking and preserve wetlands.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect wetlands by erecting a guardrail on Route 154 in Old Saybrook.
