AN ACT EXEMPTING STATE ACTIVE DUTY PAY FROM THE INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the state income tax state active duty pay for members of the National Guard serving during times of a state of emergency.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an income tax exemption for state active duty pay.
