AN ACT CONCERNING TUITION FEE WAIVERS FOR MEMBERS OF THE CONNECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 10a-77, 10a-99 and 10a-105 of the general statutes be amended to extend tuition waivers for state higher education institutions to members of the Connecticut National Guard.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tuition waivers for state universities to members of the Connecticut National Guard.
