AN ACT CONCERNING STATE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF SPECIAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to increase state reimbursement for the cost of special education to towns to one hundred per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to pay for all costs associated with the provision of special education.
