AN ACT CONCERNING A MONEY-FOLLOWS-THE-CHILD APPROACH TO MAGNET SCHOOL FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to require a money-follows-the-child approach to interdistrict magnet school funding.
Statement of Purpose:
To fully fund interdistrict magnet schools.
