AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC GENERATION FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 277a of the general statutes be amended to establish a time period of usefulness and expiration for certificates of environmental compatibility and public need.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a reasonable and foreseeable time frame for the permissible construction of electric generating facilities.
