AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANY RATES AND CHARGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to cap electric distribution companies' distribution customer service charge at not more than nineteen dollars and twenty-five cents per billing cycle.
Statement of Purpose:
To cap fixed rate charges on electricity.
