AN ACT BANNING THE POSSESSION AND SALE OF POWDERED ALCOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the possession and sale of powdered alcohol.
Statement of Purpose:
To ban the possession and sale of powdered alcohol.
