AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN CAMPAIGN FINANCE LEGISLATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That certain portions of public act 13-180, specifically those increasing contribution limits and permitting unrestricted expenditures by state central committees, be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the raised contribution limits enacted in 2013.
