AN ACT LIMITING CERTAIN EXPENDITURES BY STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to impose limits on organization expenditures from a state central committee for the benefit of any candidate participating in the Citizens' Election Program.
Statement of Purpose:
To restrict organization expenditures by state central committees on behalf of candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program.
