2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit candidates for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor, prior to any primary for such offices, from jointly campaigning for the purpose of calculating contribution amounts qualifying such candidates for grants under the Citizens' Election Program.
