AN ACT PERMITTING THE CONSOLIDATION OF POLLING PLACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities in certain circumstances to consolidate polling places.
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease municipal expenses by authorizing the consolidation of polling places.
