AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE RECALL OF ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the recall of municipal elected public officials.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the recall of elected public officials.
