AN ACT REPEALING THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to repeal the minimum budget requirement.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide property tax relief by eliminating the minimum budget requirement.
