AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANY BILLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require electric distribution companies to itemize the amount of the gross earnings tax as a separate line in all customer electric bills.
Statement of Purpose:
To show the impact of the gross earnings tax on customer electric bills.
