AN ACT ESTABLISHING A "DO NOT MAIL" REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a "Do Not Mail" registry, whereby residents of this state may opt out of receiving unsolicited commercial mail.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a "Do Not Mail" registry.
