AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPARENCY IN HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require public disclosures of tuition, retention rates, graduation rates and job placement rates for noncredit programs by all institutions of higher education in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To require transparency in higher education.
