AN ACT CONCERNING INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 969 of the general statutes be amended to include more information and details concerning registered sexual offenders.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the public with more information on the details of the actions leading to conviction of a sex offender.
