AN ACT CONCERNING THE SIZE OF DRUG ZONES NEAR SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to reduce the size of drug zones near schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the size of school drug zones that result in an enhanced penalty for the sale or possession of drugs.
