AN ACT CONCERNING ELIMINATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORTING FEE FOR CERTAIN 501(C)(3) CORPORATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 33 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a 501(c)(3) corporation with annual income of less than twenty-five thousand dollars shall not be required to pay a fee for the filing of an annual report.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt a 501(c)(3) corporation with annual income of less than twenty-five thousand dollars from the fee imposed by the office of the Secretary of the State for the filing of an annual report.
