AN ACT CONCERNING PROBATE COURT AUTHORITY AS RELATES TO STATE AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 801a of the general statutes be amended to provide that each state agency shall comply with any order, denial or decree of a Probate Court that is applicable to a determination made by such state agency, provided such state agency may appeal any such order, denial or decree to the Superior Court.
Statement of Purpose:
To require state agencies to honor and comply with Probate Court orders.
