AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE ON VALUE-BASED PRICING OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study value-based pricing of prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force on value-based pricing of prescription drugs.
