AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY ON LANDLORD-TENANT ISSUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 47a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Housing to conduct a study on current landlord-tenant issues, including, but not limited to, remedies for violating the terms of the rental agreement and an effective means for handling disputes.
Statement of Purpose:
To study current landlord-tenant issues.
