| 28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services to provide (1) a cost-of-living increase in rates set for skilled nursing facilities that is equal to or greater than the cost-of-living increase for Social Security beneficiaries, and (2) rate increases to compensate for increases in costs for utilities. | |
