AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF EXTENDED DEPOSIT HOLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 665a of the general statutes be amended to require banks to provide depositors with advance notice if a bank intends to extend any hold placed on checks or other deposits.
Statement of Purpose:
To require banks to provide notice of extended deposit holds on checks or other deposits.
