AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purpose of providing funding for the remedial action and redevelopment municipal grant program.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for brownfield remediation projects.
