AN ACT CONCERNING CUSTOMERS OF RETAIL ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require greater consumer protections for retail electric supplier customers.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for greater consumer protections for retail electric supplier customers.
